Tosin Adarabioyo has capped off a landmark debut season at Chelsea in perfect fashion — lifting the UEFA Europa Conference League trophy as the club were crowned European champions in Wrocław.

Chelsea sealed victory and wrote their names into European football history. With this triumph, the Blues became the first club to win all four major UEFA competitions — the Champions League, Europa League, Cup Winners’ Cup, and now the Conference League.
